Welcome to the home of Baja Sessions Catering on the Web. Baja Sessions is a full service catering company specializing in Provisioning, Corporate Functions, Aviation Catering, Theme Parties, and Adventure/Travel Catering. Whatever your needs we cater to you!

At Baja Sessions Catering or goal is to provide a unique culinary experience to compliment your Special Event. Whether you need to cater a Corporate Lunch, plan your wedding day, or have a romantic dinner for two on the beach; we’re here to take care of you. Our focus is on customer service and quality using the freshest ingredients crafted with striking presentation, and served with precision and care.

"Green is not only good for environment - it's good for business!" At Baja Sessions we are "green" concious: we recycle; we use paper or compostable plant starch cups, lids, and utensils. We offer paper or durable, multi use lunch boxes that we are happy to collect from our clients for re-use after being washed, rinsed and sanitized.

For all intents and purposes Baja Sessions catering knows no boundaries. Our centralized location in Carlsbad, California allows us to operate on a regular basis from the Southern San Diego County to North Orange County. However, our Adventure & Travel Catering and Provisioning have taken us all the way from Cabo San Lucas, Mexico to the Spanish Pyrenees.

"It was a pleasure working with you on our event. The food and service you provided was beyond our expectations and we truly appreciate all your hard work. Our guest really enjoyed your presentation and delicious food..."
                   Director of Community Relations
                   North County Community Services
"... The set up was perfect and beautiful, everything in place, including a very special feeling in the air that I can only attribute to people who love and care about what they do. From that point on, as far as I could tell, Romeo was always steps ahead of the game, behind the scenes, anticipating the needs of guests, coordinating and directing staff, and I don’t even know what else (part of the secret of his trade for which I have a great deal of respect). Guests raved about the food and the service was first class, beginning to end, and top to bottom.
May 2, 2009, was an exceptional and memorable day for us. Baja Sessions, as caterer and event manager, played the pivotal role in making it all happen. Thank you, Romeo!"

Baja Sessions Donates Host Bar!

Are we out of our minds? Well, maybe a little. Baja Sessions donates a host bar for all the racers and their guests to enjoy at the hotel after the CDM to Cabo Race. Some may say it's not true but we at Baja Sessions feel that the best way to say "thank you" to a bunch of sailors is to buy them a drink. So we decided to buy them three or four hundred. Needless to say we had many new friends that night!

It's a Party on the Motor Yacht Besame in Cabo

Yes, it's one more party in Mexico! Keith and Sally Huzyak, proud owners of the 100.1 ft motor yacht Besame, were gracious enough to host a party for all the Cabo race sponsors. Baja Sessions owners Romeo Villarreal and Alina Selyanina were on as guests and to lend a hand in support of Balboa Yacht Club.
